We present you with a curated shortlist of properties that match your criteria. Full details, photos, location, pricing, and any existing licences or relevant specifics. You review, tell us which ones interest you, and we move to the next stage immediately. No obligation at this point.

Once you identify a preferred property, we negotiate directly with the landlord on your behalf. We secure the best possible terms under a long term company let agreement. Rent, lease length, break clauses, and any special conditions are all handled by us. You do not need to speak to the landlord at any stage unless you want to.

We coordinate the final documentation, reference checks, and completion. Once everything is in order, you have your signed lease and the keys. We remain your point of contact throughout the tenancy for any landlord-related matters. The relationship does not end at completion. We are here as long as you need us.
